The Maternal Child unit at the Stratford General Hospital is offering a program of support for patients and families during a time loss during pregnancy and infant loss.
1 in 4 pregnancies end in a loss which can affect not only the mother and father, but the entire family.
The program, supported through donations provides various resources to families.
October 15th marks International Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day with the hospital honouring with the Wave of Light on the 15th.
Individuals and organizations are invited at 7pm to light a candle, turn on patio lights or use battery operated tea lights to honour those and remember lost.
