11 students from Stratford District Secondary have returned after a week long trip in Kinngait Nunavut.
The trip was in part of a student exchange with Peter Pitseolak School.
The students were accompanied by Human Rights and Equity Resource Teacher Paul Finkelstien, Stratford Intermediate School Principal Erin Cassone and Indigenous Education lead, Monique Pregent.
Students engaged with elders and community members and fellow students.
The exchange with Kinnagait happens every few years, organized through the YMCA Youth Exchanges Canada as part of its EatFit project.
