The Salvation Army Listowel Family Services & Food Bank sent out an advisory to residents yesterday that with kids heading back to school and summer behind us the Food Bank needs their help.
They provided a top 10 wish list of items they need to help refill their low food bank donation shelves.
Items include canned meat, canned fruit, peanut butter, both hot & cold cereal, boxed instant meals, small soups, kids lunch items and personal hygiene items.
The drop off locations include the Food Bank at 326 Main Street E in Listowel, Food Basics Donation Bin and the Salvation Army Thrift Store Donation bin.
