Some Local Listowel residents are bringing back an in-person fundraiser all in support of the Kids Help Phone.

The group who call themselves the “Holly Jolly Crew” normally run a Holiday treat fundraiser around Christmas that has found success over the past few years.

The group is set to run a Summer Fundraiser for the second time entitled “Holly Jolly BBQ” on Sunday, September 4th at Listowel Memorial Park from 11 am until 2 pm.

This will be the first in-person event held after a 2 year hiatus.

This year’s theme is “Everyday Superheroes”. It will see children at admission given a superhero mask & cape.

There will be multiple things for kids to see and do, including face painting and a park wide water balloon fight.

Admission is just $15 for all access, $5 for just the meal with family admission called at $70.
