St Marys Homecoming Returns After 12 Years

After delays brought on by the pandemic, St Marys Homecoming is set to return again for the year this weekend.

St Marys Homecoming, runs once every 10 years – but due to 2 years from the pandemic has returned after 12 years.

Runing throughout the weekend includes many events are planned across town such as a Parade, Homecoming Dance, Fireworks and a DVCI Reunion for graduates of all years.

Andrea Macko, Events Coordinator with St Marys says the extra planning has seen an increase for what to enjoy.

“We’ve added some really incredible activates for the weekend. The fun begins on Canada Day at Cadzow Park with some live music and free activities for the children.” said Macko.

Multiple events for the weekend is all free to attend with fun for the whole family with the only paid event is Darcy John preforming live Saturday night at the Pyramid Recreation Centre.
