On June 4th at around 11:30pm, Wellington County OPP responded to a two vehicle collision on Victoria Street in Elora.
It was reported two pick up trucks and collided with one vehicle leaving the scene.
As a result of investigation an 18 year old of Elora has been charged with Impaired Operation as well as Failing to Remain and Driving a Motor Vehicle with Open Liqour.
The accused will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
