Today marks the day of the Milverton Fights Back Cancer Campaign.
This event is held annually on the second Saturday in June.
All events today will be held at the Milverton Legion and Arand Field Ballpark.
Starting earlier this morning was the 5km and the 10km fun run, walk, or bike, which will be followed by many more events such as the Cindy “Buffy” Tanner Ball Tournament, the annual head shaving event, a Ballpark BBQ and Lunch, live music, and more.
All proceeds from today’s “all events, one day” fundraiser will go to the Huron-Perth Canadian Cancer Society.
