The Town of St Marys is requesting residents to stay away from construction sites.
Officials writing on social media they have heard reports of youth jumping over construction fences and entering excavation areas onto local sites.
Contractor’s have reported their equipment being vandalized and causing slowdowns in work and increased costs.
Residents are being reminded to stay away from construction sites as entering them and tampering with equipment can lead to serious injuries.
The town says measures are being taken to secure the sites.
