Stratford Council isn’t yet done with the discussion of parade routes in the city.
A special meeting is planned this afternoon where staff will look for directions from council on its decision to make changes to parade routes.
Council voted to keep this year’s Canada Day parade to just local roads and away from connecting link highways including Huron Street, Ontario Street and Erie Street.
Council also approved the move for all parades to just local roads with the exception for Remembrance Day.
Council returns to the discussion at 5:30pm.
