Huron County OPP charged a 52-year-old Wingham woman with impaired operation after an officer found the woman lying on the ground beside the e-bike last Friday, May 20th.
The incident happened just before 10 pm when an officer was at the intersection of Patrick and Josephine Streets.
The officer stopped to check on the woman and after speaking with her noted they were displaying signs of impairment.
The accused has been released from custody with an appearance at a Goderich court set for June 27th.
