A proposed draft plan for 16 single detached housing units is being considered by Centre Wellington.
The project would be located on a private condominium road at 112 Sideroad 19 in Fergus.
The draft plan submitted by Wrighthaven Homes LTD was given to Wellington County for approval in 2020.
The existing buildings located on the property are proposed to be demolished to make way for the dwellings.
The changes in public meetings now shows to have 13 units instead of 16, and to have units 7 and 8 to be moved to the south to maintain the tree area located behind units 7 and 8.
The draft plan application will be considered by council later today.
