A public meeting held Thursday shows the planned housing development in Mitchell will help support young families.
Michael and Aron Van Pelt who are behind the development of stage two of Upper Thames Village showcased eleven lots along Nelson Street which will feature single family dwellings.
Plans for the project were laid out at the recent meeting.
Michael Van Pelt says he expects the project to get its final approval by the end of the month with construction set to begin in the summer.
