The Milverton Firefighter’s Association took to social media today to share the news of two generous donations from local businesses toward the campaign to purchase battery-operated extrication tools for the local Fire Department.
Mornington Communications donated $5,000 and Howick Mutual Insurance a combined $3,000 towards the campaign to see what is commonly known as “jaws of life” purchased.
The equipment is above and beyond the standard township budget.
