On Wednesday at around 3:30pm, Wellington County OPP responded to a serious collision at the intersection of Fourteenth Line and Sideroad 21 east of the village of Alma.
Reports indicated a school bus carrying 12 students and an SUV had collided.
Guelph-Wellington Paramedics, Centre Wellington Fire Rescue and OPP responded.
The lone occupant of the SUV was pronounced deceased at the scene. Nobody on the bus was seriously injured.
The Office of the Chief Coroner has been notified.
