Perth County OPP have laid a charge on a 61 year old from the collision incident in Listowel on January 21st.
OPP alongside Perth County Paramedics and North Perth Fire responded to the incident at around 8am of a single vehicle collision on Main Street West.
A commercial motor vehicle had struck the front of Diana Sweets and The Clothing Loft in town.
As a result of investigation the 61 year old has been charged with Careless Driving and Entering Inaccurate or False Information in a Daily Log.
The incident resulted in the closure of the main road for several hours and affected three businesses.
