North Perth is closing in on the start of construction season.
The municipality as part of the master plan provided a framework to service and develop the northeast area of Listowel with the first phase of construction to start soon.
The construction of services and roads will be phased over the course of several years.
Business owners and residents are invited to an information session at the Steve Kerr Memorial Complex on Wednesday from 5-7pm.
The session will cover project goals, planned construction activities and answer questions from the public.
