Huron County OPP have laid charges following a citizen being found with life threatening injuries in Brucefield.
On Sunday, OPP, Huron County Paramedics and Brucefield Fire responded to altercation west of Brucefield on Bannockburn Line.
Officers had located an adult male who had sustained injuries from a gunshot.
Two accused have been taken into custody on firearms related charges.
Police say this is an isolated incident and there is no threat to public safety.
The victim remains in hospital with serious injuries but is in stable condition.
