As of April 1st, it will be much easier to enter Canada as proof of a negative COVID-19 test will no longer be required.

The federal government is expected to announce later this week it will be lifting its pre-arrival requirements for COVID-19 testing at the border for fully vaccinated travelers.

Passengers can still be subjected to a random PCR test at the airport and will still have to use the ArriveCAN app to enter their proof of vaccination and other information.

The requirement to be fully vaccinated will still apply to federally regulated air, rail and marine transportation.
