The Municipality of North Perth announced yesterday that the Nomination Periods has opened for the Norm Sterling Citizen of the Year Award and the Celebrating North Perth Inspirtaiton Award.
The awards recognize individuals who inspire others through their outstanding accomplishments or service to the community within the preceding year.
