Wellington County OPP were called to the scene of a serious multi vehicle collision Wednesday night on Wellington Road 109 near Sideroad 12 west of Arthur.
The collision took place at around 8:30pm with initial reports indicating a passenger vehicle and commercial motor vehicle had collided with multiple injuries.
As of this morning 3 have reported to be deceased.
OPP are asking anyone with information to call police at 1-888-310-1122.
Wellington Road 109 between Wellington Road 10 and Wellington Road 11 remains closed following the collision.
