Wellington North Council have approved an Amendment to the Zoning By-Law that had been requested by Avila Investments for the Development of a New Sub-Division set for Mount Forest.
The development would see 231 single detached lots, 30 semi-detached and 120 townhouses at street level on a 32 acre parcel of land situated along Highway 6 and bordered on Bentley and South Water.
Planning staff requested more details on the proposed residential component of the building.
