Bruce Power has made a $20,000 donation to the Red Cross for aid in Ukraine.
Bruce Power is also encouraging its employees, businesses and those in the community to support Ukraine with any donation they can.
Support from the Red Cross includes immediate and ongoing relief efforts, long-term recovery, resiliency and other humanitarian activities both in Ukraine and surrounding countries supporting displaced families.
Bruce Power’s Head of Corporate Affairs, Pat Dalzell says the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement are putting themselves into harms way to help people impacted by the acts of war from Russia and hopes others will join them in donating to these groups.
