Members of the Huron County OPP Crime Unit and OPP Forensic Identification Services are assisting the Office of the Fire Marshal with a house fire which took one life.
On Tuesday, February 15th at 2:41pm Huron OPP, Paramedics as well as Central Huron Fire and the Seaforth Fire Department responded to a two storey house fire located east of Clinton on Huron Road.
A search was conducted late in the afternoon to find human remains located inside the home. Efforts are underway to identify the victim.
The cause of the fire is not deemed suspicious.
