Some local love with the help of Betty White has the Arthur Animal Rescue to resettle some outstanding vet bills and more.
The late actress passed away on December 31st but the world made sure good deeds would be done in her memory with the online trend dubbed #BettyWhiteChallenge.
People were challenged to show some love to local animal rescues with donations which saw the Arthur Animal Rescue pour in with over $4000 on January 17th, which would have been Betty Whites’ 100th birthday.
The donations will go towards paying outstanding vet bills, cover the cost to fix cats and pay for medication of elderly and chronically sick cats which aren’t easily adoptable
