A total of 34 staff have been terminated from Grey-Bruce Health Services after choosing to not be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
The health service made an update to their policy in November for staff to be vaccinated by December 3rd.
In a release, the health service says they will work to fill the vacancies as soon as possible and continue to work without any disruption to service.
Chief Executive Officer Gary Sims says they thank the employees for their dedication to healthcare over the course of their time with the health service.
