One person is facing charges following a domestic incident investigation in North Perth.
Perth County OPP received a report of an altercation on October 5th just after 4pm on Campbell Street West in Listowel.
Police had determined an assault had taken place.
As a result of investigation a 44 year old Waterloo resident was arrested and charged with assault. The accused was released from custody and scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
