The topic of a bylaw to allow the use of off-road vehicles on municipal owned roads in North Perth has been kicked and discussed for many months.
Last night council was able to again return to their discussion on the bylaw from last week which saw revisions be made with the plan to go ahead last night.
Council did just that.
“I’d like to thank Pat (Berfelz) for all her hard work on the bylaw it looks wonderful” said Matt Duncan.
Deputy Mayor Doug Kellum as seconder echoed similar comments.
“Well done Pat. Thank you.”
Council flawlessly voted the bylaw be read its first, second and third time and be finally passed.
