Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph public health will be rolling out vaccine clinics across high schools in the region over the coming weeks to have vaccines available for students and staff.
There will also be more pop up and mobile clinics to help encourage those to get their first or second doses.
Public health had one of the busier months in administering vaccines in June when they recorded a total of 136,974 doses.
Public health officials say due to the spreading Delta variant, they say around 90% of the population will need to get vaccinated to reach herd immunity.
