Starting November 1st, any employee, contractor or volunteer with Caressant Care Nursing and Retirement Homes will be required to prove they are fully vaccinated.
Caressant Care joins a group of national senior care providers in implementing a mandatory vaccination policy for staff at all 25 long term care homes.
This includes Caressant Care in Listowel, Harriston, Arthur and Fergus. Exemptions will be made for those with medical and religious reasons.
Those without exemptions who are not fully vaccinated by November 1st will face unpaid leave from Caressant Care.
