On Monday, August 2, 2021 just after lunch the Wellington County OPP responded to a disturbance in the parking lot of a business located on Tower Street South in Fergus.
Upon arrival officers observed an individual causing a disturbance and he was taken into custody.
A 41 year old male of Fergus has been charged with causing a disturbance in a public place, carrying a concealed weapon, 2 counts of uttering threats and 5 counts of carry concealed weapon while unauthorized.
The accused was held for a bail hearing.
