Toronto Zoo Field Workers Making Rounds in South Bruce

Field workers with the Toronto Zoo are making their rounds across South Bruce to monitor bats.

Workers are assessing the population, health and breeding status of the nocturnal flyers as part of the Native Bat Conservation Program.

Both the zoo and the Nuclear Waste Management Organization are working to further understand the conservation of bats in Ontario.
