Thursday morning in Tokyo, Wednesday night in Listowel saw Corey Conners take part in day 1 of men’s individual golf for the summer Olympics.
At the end of the day Conners is tied for 20th at -2 alongside Hideki Matsuyama.
Fellow Canadian, Mackenzie Hughes of Hamilton is also tied for 20th at the end of the day.
Sepp Straka leads at -8. Day 2 will get underway at 6:30pm eastern time.
