An 84 year old Great Grandfather is $100,000 richer after hitting the winning numbers on his Encore purchase of the July 6th Lotto Max draw.
Robert Caesar, of Clifford, is planning to do some renovations and pay some bills with the money.
The winning ticket was sold at the Clifford Mini Mart.
