A local Dublin, Ontario area resident is representing Canada this week in the Czech Republic.
Local Perth County native Elisa Bolinger is taking part in the World Rowing Under 23 Champships in Europe representing Rowing Canada.
Bolinger trains out of British Columbia and she has been there since last November.
She will compete at the Championships in the Czech Republic from July 7th to 11th.
