The Province announced today that they will be rolling out expanded eligibility for second doses ahead of schedule.
Previously they had announced that as of this Monday those that received their first dose on May 9th or before could book their second dose at a shortened interval.
Today they updated that adding that as of next Wednesday anyone who lives in 10 public health units identified by the provide and who received their first dose of nRNA vaccine on or before May 30th will be able to book their second dose at the shortened interval.
The areas covered include Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph, Waterloo Region, Halton and Hamilton as well as communities surrounding the GTA.
Starting at the end of June all of Ontario will become eligible for their second dose if it has been at least 28 days from your first.
