Stratford will be entering in their 2nd year of their patio program which extends patios or allows businesses to add a street or parking lot patio where they would otherwise not have one.
Council has voted to waive the fees for this years program which includes a patio license fee and boardwalk installation to help support restaurants for money lost during the pandemic.
At the current vaccine rate, Ontario is on track to have outdoor patios opened by mid-June
