Vaccine Eligibility Opens Up to 18+ Tuesday

Booking already 2 weeks ahead of planned schedule

As of 8am Tuesday, any Ontario resident aged 18 and up will be able to book a COVID-19 vaccine appointment.

While residents born 2003 and earlier have already been able to book a vaccine appointment if they live in hotspots, the eligibility regardless of location for tomorrow puts the province 2 weeks ahead of the original plan.

Currently, over 7 million in Ontario have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

As of May 8th, almost 40% of Huron-Perth residents have received at least one dose.

Public health continues to encourage residents to use their website to book for an appointment and not from the Ontario website.
