This morning at approximately 5am, the Wellington County OPP responded to a report of an armed robbery at a residence on Side road 15 near Wellington Road 19 in Centre Wellington Township.
It was reported that 3 suspects entered the residence and confronted the occupants armed with a handgun. The suspect stole household items including electronics.
All 3 suspects are described as males with in their teens or early twenties. They were wearing dark clothing.
The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle in an unknown direction.
There were no reported injuries to the victims.
OPP uniform officers, with the assistance of the Wellington County OPP Crime Unit and the Forensic Identification Unit are continuing to investigate the incident.
