OHL Pulls Plug on Return To Play Plan

Current restrictions in Ontario make it tough to approve plan

The Ontario Hockey League has ended its return to play for the season saying the current situation in the province is making it impossible for the OHL to have a season.

The league was not able to reach an agreement for a return to play plan with the government earlier last month.

Ontario Minister of Sports, Lisa Macleod said last week it would be irresponsible to approve a return to play for the OHL at this current time.
