March saw a record setting month for sold homes in the region. The Huron-Perth Association of Realtors with 248 homes sold.
An increase of 73.4 percent from March of 2020. This breaks the previous March record of sold homes which was 224 set back in March of 2007. The benchmark price of a home was set to $483,000, a jump of 34% from last year.
The average price of a home sold skyrocketed again at $557,425, up 35.6% from March 2020.
A total of 291 homes were listed in Huron-Perth last month, the highest reported month of March in over 5 years.
