And while saying the priority is for their own citizens, the United States will be sharing their AstraZeneca doses with Canada.
Canada should be expecting 1.5 million doses of the vaccine sometime next week. Major-General Dany Fortin made the announcement but could not say exactly when the delivery would touchdown.
The agreement is Canada will be expected to return 1.5 million doses in the coming months.
With the recent deal Canada is now expected to receive 8 million vaccine doses by the end of March
