Conservative Party Leader Erin O’Toole made it clear during the parties convention its time to move past the parties debate on the existence of climate change.
O’Toole said “we cannot ignore the reality of climate change” adding “the debate is over.”
However around 3100 voting delegates were able to narrowly reject a resolution which add in the conservative party book saying they recognize that climate change is real and the party is committed to acting on it.
