OPP are welcoming Chief Superintendent Dwight Thib as Regional Commander of OPP West Region.
Thib has spent his 39 year policing careeer in both North East and North West regions, starting in 1982. In a release, Thib says he’s committed to supporting members and ensuring a safe, inclusive workplace and a healthy workforce.
Thib will put his focus on personal and a professional police department for the West region.
