Huron County OPP Constable Chloe Middegaal received some well-deserved recognition last week from the Huron-Bruce Mother’s Against Drunk Driving Chapter for her commitment to public safety, specifically MADD’s mission to stop impaired driving.

Last week on Friday, members of the Huron OPP Detachment command staff presented Constable Middegaal with a “Certificate of Appreciation” on behalf of Sandra Lee, Director and Barn Rintoul, the President of the Huron-Bruce MADD Chapter.

Constable Middegaal’s investigative excellence and dedicated enforcement efforts led to her arresting 16 impaired drivers in the 2020 calendar year. An impressive commitment to the public safety, especially for an officer in their second year of policing.
