The Gateway Centre of Excellence in Rural Health is expanding its reach of the Lonely No More Program to North Perth.
Gateway Centre of Excellence started the program in 2018 in Huron County to provide a free weekly phone program for isolated rural seniors. Lonely No More is fueled entirely by trained community members to provide support, coaching conversations and system navigation assistance.
As the program arrives in North Perth, volunteers are being looked for to help be apart of the program. Registration for an online workshop on February 24th from 9am-12pm and can be found here
