Perth County OPP have charged a driver with impaired driving after a stop in West Perth.
Just around midnight on December 4th officers were on general patrol on Line 20 in West Perth when a vehicle was stopped.
During the course of investigating the officer formed the opinion the driver had consumed alcohol.
A roadside test was conducted and resulted in a fail.
Charged are a 34 male of West Perth with operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus.
A 90 day license suspension and a 7 day vehicle impoundment were initiated as well.
The accused is set to appear at a Stratford court at a later date to answer to the charges.
