The first two videos from United Way Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph are out in a three part series titled “An Act of Local Love”
The series showcases the many issues the region has faced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. From the very start of the province wide lockdown and how United Way had to make changes to allow those staying in shelters to ensure they were isolating and local businesses having to layoff workers and make tough decisions to keep their doors open.
The series jumps to how the community came together and worked alongside United Way to help provide support to those who were in need of it.
Both videos are available from United Way WDG’s Youtube channel, the last part of the series will be released on Thursday December 17th.
