D&I Wattam Construction will begin the process of demolishing the Wingham Trailer Park. The plan for this month is remove the washroom and underground infrastructure by the end of the year.
A report given to North Huron Council during a recent meeting from CAO Dwayne Evans says there will be a 3 phase plan with additional funds drafted in next years budget for necessary engineering work to re-develop the property.
Estimates on the work to complete the trailer parks redevelopment is totaled at $64,000 and will be included in the first draft of the 2021 budget.
