Perth County OPP are looking for 2 suspects who attempted to steal cash from an ATM at a gas station in Listowel.
On November 28th around 12:30am, two suspects entered a gas station on Mitchell Road South, identifying themselves as “security personnel.” The first suspect had an ID badge and opened the ATM with a key.
Staff member became suspicious when the suspects pressed buttons on the screen resulting in error messages. When an employee confronted both suspects, they left the business in a vehicle.
One suspect is male, 5’9, older with grey hair and facial hair, wearing dark glasses and a dark jacket. Suspect 2 dark hair wearing a blue shirt with “security” written on it.
The vehicle is a blue BMW 320i with plate CPVT925.
