If you’re no fan of setting the clocks back or ahead, you might have good news coming your way.
The Time Amendment Act, which would scrap Daylight Savings Time in Ontario was passed on Wednesday. MPP for Ottawa West, Jeremey Roberts who tabled the act in October cited that many go through depression and increased stress with the time adjustment.
Although the act has passed it doesn’t mean we’re making any changes yet. Ontario’s Attorney General will not bring the act in motion unless Quebec and New York are willing to join alongside the province.
